Necron Rules for Next Tourney

A few things should be answered before the next tournamnt. The internet is floating with theories and such as to how a rule should work. Figure it is best to be up front and everyone knows the rules.

For the most part, it should be straight and simple.

Entropic strike should happen on the "hit" not the pen roll yet. It comes first and reas that way. Checking the Praetorians it also explains that with the sword they have.

Scarab Conga Line: Personally, you should only deploy within 2" of the models that started on the table at the turn. Otherwise thi sis just really stupid.

Unit should be capped at max limit.

Also, when a Telsa cannon fires and bounces off a Chimera, does it hit the side from the direction of the vehicle it bounced from or from the direction of the cannon shot?
